Every now and then, I enjoy trying out vegetarian cuisine. Le Taj’s buffet totally met my needs. There were loads of fresh and warm vegetables, such as delicious eggplant on a sizzling metal platter. These went perfectly with the huge variety of salads and pickles. For desert, I opted for the gulab jammun: it’s so sweet, it simply melts in your mouth. The fresh fruit on the side were absolutely refreshing.
