Having been a big fan of the Red Chili Corona (laced version - not the new velcro ones) I was disappointed to find that, with mine having now worn out, these were no longer made - apparently I was in a minority for loving these and so they changed the model. However, the excellent staff at Mile End's "Rock On" shop helped me find what has turned out to be a superb replacement. Scarpa Vissions may not be for everyone but with flat, narrow feet they fit perfectly. The instep is moderately curved and the toe is quite aggressive so they're pretty good for quite a range of climbing abilities. The laces allow them to be adjusted far better than velcro shoes and I hope very much that when I finally go through the toe on these that I'll be able to relace them with another pair.

Although only my second pair of rock boots, these are superb. Comfy (for rock boots), incredibly grippy and tough. I previously owned a pair of Mad Rock Flash boots which although grippy wore out quite quickly. The Coronas feel equally secure but I'm not wearing through them at anything like the same rate. I would happily buy these again.

Usually very wary of plumbers, I was pleased to be recommended Paul of PRH Heating and Plumbing who turned out to be well up to the recommendation. He came promptly, disgnosed the problem with my boiler and sorted out where to get the parts. Having confirmed a source and that they were in stock, was happy to pick them up himself or let me go and get them (which I did after having a quick look online to find out about the problem and the parts) and then he came back to finish the job. Very easy going and friendly and provided exactly what I needed which was a quick and efficient boiler repair.
