Melverley Heights Guest House

My best friend and planned our trip to England (from Canada) when were in high school - over 20 years ago. We finally went and I have to say that Ipswich was a real highlight for me and Melverley Heights Guest House had a huge part in the experience. The home is beautiful, very well maintained and welcoming - as are the owners, Kim and Graham. They were very helpful in helping us plan our excursions to town (a brief 10 minute walk away... past the pub) and knew a lot about the area, including the flora and fauna. The food every morning was delicious and served in this great sunny room overlooking a lovely yard. Our room was comfortable and roomy, again with a great view and it had an ensuite. On that note, I should also write that Melverley Heights had the nicest toilet paper I found in England! My stay at Melverly Heights satisfied my expectations of the vacation I'd dreamed of.
