Unfortunately there isn't a website. I think there probably would be one if most of Banff didn't have to GO to the Underground to look at it! Maybe a website is a good idea - but i find reviews like this one are alot easier to come by and relate to. They're much less biased for one!
Overall i think if a hotel is offering a good rate then most visitors would be sensible to use the hotel's internet, but there are definitely more pros than cons to using an internet café. Most if not all the hotels and other sources of internet in Banff run by the internet café's example - you'd be lucky to find internet cheaper anywhere else. And considering what the Underground and its staff offer to customers its definitely worth taking a walk downtown.

The underground internet café is a popular establishment in the heart of Banff. The price scheme has recently changed - before now there has been a locals rate and a visitors rate. The prices have now come down to 4$ an hour for all. Membership is also available at the Underground and these prices have come down accordingly. There are also laptop rates, with both wireless and laptop stations available. Just ask at the desk!
I find theres a very friendly atmosphere about the Underground. Its little things - sometimes some local teenagers come into the lounge entrance to the café and bring their acoustic guitars and such. Theres also a healthy collection of gamers that regularly visit the Underground so the place never seems to feel dead like most would imagine an internet café to be on a friday night, for example. In the summer Banff is booming with people and as expected, the Underground benefits from this - theres always more of a buzz in the summertime.
