I contacted Ian Smith Heatine engineers after reading the above review. My boiler had broken down and was despearte to have it repaired as i had elderly family members visiting. Even though the engineer was extremly busy he managed to fit me in that day. The enigneer also took my boiler details so he could attend with the suspected faulty parts at hand. He replaced the fan and the job was done within an hour. I was very pleased with the response time at such a busy period and feel that the cost was extremley satisfactory. I will be reccomneding Ian Smith and his team to my friends and family.
