Don't use CheapoAir unless you don't mind being bilked out of money. I spent hours online trying to book a return flight from Cyprus to Montreal this summer. They kept comfirming, charging my credit card, then telling me that flight wasn't available, then confirming a new itineray, with a higher price, then charging my credit card again. This went on and on. In the end, I got the flights but they overcharged me by 118 dollars. I sent many e-mails, with my credit card bill showing the extra charges, to the regular e-mail address and to the special feedback e-mail address. They have not answered any of my requests for a refund. Besides that, on my return flight I found that the last leg of it was not completely booked properly and in London I was forced to pick up my luggage at one terminal and transport it to another terminal to check it onto the next part of the journey. All because cheapoair had screwed up the booking. I am reporting this company to the New York State Attorney General's office for fraud as well as the Better Business Bureau of New York. They should be run out of business. Olga Glykis
