To whom it may concern,and beleive you me it should concern you. We stayed at your Hotel on the M6.The Southwaite Service Area in Room 101!! The fittings in the bathroom were rusted, the bed was like a brick,the water cold, the food in the "resturant" was revolting and the staff surley and unhelpful. I could go on and on but suffice to say we will NOT be staying at a Travelodge ever again. We arrived 18 Nov 08 ( Reservation No 49047599) and left as soon as possible. Regards Stuart Mungall.
