ikea home delivery by parcel force

So terrible it was almost funny! Took a day off on the delivery date, they didnt come (either because there was a backlog or because they hadn't confirmed the date - choose your excuse, it was different for each person i spoke to), unhelpful on the ikea customer service line, so arranged another deliver date on the automated parcel force number, they then tried to deliver it every day in between and then had a go at us for not being in on the date I had selected! Once it was delivered I discovered it was broken and then a WEEK later when they came to pick it up the driver complained that we hadn't carried it down the stairs! 30 pounds!! If Jeremy Beadle wasnt dead I would be expecting him to pop out!

Brilliant! what more can I say, a perfect performance of amazing songs, friendly crowd and a well managed venue. It was so good we are going to see it again on Friday!

It was rubbish! The music was average and sounded far too much like UB40 but what made the night completely unbearable was the crowd! Rude, obnoxious little twerps with an average age of about 16!! Worst concert EVER!
