Great furniture, world's worst service. Items supplied mostly incorrect. Customer service staff rude, unhelpful and arrogant. Poor staff knowledge. Telephone supposrt staff checked availability of replacement for the thing they'd supplied wrong and sent me on a 100 mile round trip, only they apparently didn't know that the item was available for collection from their warehouse only - which was closed. A £500 bedroom re-fit turned into a £1000 total and three days of driving all over the country. Absolutely without any doubt the worst service I have ever encountered anywhere in the world. Beware, their stuff is cheap for a good reason.
