Review of: AA labels - suppliers of adhesive labels

I urgently needed some A4 labels and found AA Labels, of Peterborough, on the internet. I paid a delivery charge to ensure next day delivery. The labels didn't arrive in time causing considerable inconvenience & loss of sales. A mix up with the courier was blamed. I received no apology, nothing to say that my custom mattered, they weren't interested in customer feedback. I asked what they were going to do to put things right - they had no suggestion, apart from refunding the delivery charge. I had to remind them 2 weeks later about the delivery charge. It has only just gone into my account. An absolute dead loss in my opinion.
