After being told the engineer would turn up at 4.30, he did not arrive until 7pm. Was then told I would be phoned with a quote on the Saturday, nothing, then I called them on the Monday, was told would be called back, nothing, called again Tuesday, was told would be called back, nothing, called again on Thursday. I spoke to an employee who was very very rude and said that I had not called previously, obviously trying to hide the fact that she should have called me back. Very un-reliable and very rude. Not professional at all! Use at your own risk!
