After being told the engineer would turn up at 4.30, he did not arrive until 7pm. Was then told I would be phoned with a quote on the Saturday, nothing, then I called them on the Monday, was told would be called back, nothing, called again Tuesday, was told would be called back, nothing, called again on Thursday. I spoke to an employee who was very very rude and said that I had not called previously, obviously trying to hide the fact that she should have called me back. Very un-reliable and very rude. Not professional at all! Use at your own risk!

I think this company is fantastic!!!!!.
All people I delt with are very polite, very willing and very able, its fantastic to find a company that is fast and efficient.

I will definatly be reccomending this company to everyone I know!!!.

Also adding onto my last review, when booking a call for my washing machine he turned up as expected, (after the time that I had asked for) and did a brilliant job the quote and repairs were sorted very quickly within 2/3 days....... thanks

I think this Sam is a Bloody Idiot!!!! I have used Microwave Service Centre for years and i have NEVER EVER had a problem with anyone that works there. They are fast, efficient, trustworty, polite and very professonal, this woman or man sam needs there head testing and to get a life!!!!.

CARRY ON MICROWAVE SERVICE CENTRE YOU ARE BRILLIANT!!!!!!! (no doubt i'll be seeing you soon!)
