This is a review about a review system, some like a meta-review.
What about a simple ontology of reviewed things to help classifying and finding them?

This is more of a Wiki because everything I am going to tell you is fact:

CHICKEN OR THE EGG?
Revyu is a "spin-off" or "knock-off" site that mimics: ReviewAnything. If you Google: "reviewanything" you might notice that this revyu.com site pops up BEFORE ReviewAnything.com. Their higher placement in the popular search engine is a mystery considering that ReviewAnything was created in May of 2004, wheras Revyu was created in March of 2006. The data compiled on on whois.net will confirm this. In this case, the egg came first, but the chicken clucked last...

The guys at Revyu are apparently intimidated by spam and they have shut down new registrations: http://blog.revyu.com/2009/12/21/taking-a-break-from-the-spammers/ Spam is a reality that every webmaster must address and Revyu's cowardess to address this issue renders them the Worst Webmasters EVER!

KENTUCKY FRIED... "Something cool goes here"
I have 2 accounts at Revyu. I made them before they got scared and ran home crying. I can't log in with either one. It says "Invalid credentials" or some shit. Then I try the reset password thing and it sent me my password (which I already knew) and it STILL didn't work. I checked my spelling 4-5 times. The site is blooming broke!

ADDITIONAL BULLSHIT:

After you login to Revyu, you have 10 minutes to type and submit your review. If you click Submit AFTER 10 minutes have passed, it will ask you to login again and after you do so, you will lose your masterpiece of a review.

The guy that runs this site does not respect creative expression. They review your review to make sure it's rated PG. If you say "fuck" or "shit" they piss their pants and delete your reviews. They act as if they've never heard profanity before or read it on the internet.

WHY, oh why is Revyu still online?
